RENEWAL OF THE AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEMS IN THE PALACIO DE CONGRESOS DE VALENCIA
Ruybesa has been the chosen company, through a public call for tenders, for the supply and installation of audiovisual equipment in the auditoriums and halls of the Palacio de Congresos de Valencia. At the gates of its nineteenth anniversary, the Palace has undergone an unprecedented technological transformation in the building, whose objective has been to equip the facilities with the most advanced means to consolidate it as the chosen site for large meetings.
The goal was to achieve a space with a level of performances according to the demand required for the celebration of all kinds of events, from national conventions to international global impact congresses.
• Include laser projectors in all the spaces. A latest-generation projection system with laser technology and DLP has been installed in the main auditorium. The system reaches a power of 30,000 lumens. The rest of the auditoriums and halls of the building have been renovated with projectors, appropriate to their size, which do not fall below 5,000 lumens.
• Change of the realization system to 4K. The Palace offers the latest advances in the market, with 4K technology cameras, provided with 20x optical zoom, equivalent to cinematographic cameras or the 24mm angular lens, ensuring a perfect and innovative result.
• Include a Blackmagic multi-layer system for a dual function: camera making and live presentation.
• Include the Dicentis system. Another renewal has been the acquisition of the new IP conference system Dicentis and the digital simultaneous translation system Integrus, which offers integrated solutions that connect auditoriums and halls through the computer network.
• Improvement of the electro-acoustic system. A new Line Array electro-acoustic system has been incorporated into the main auditorium. The system reduces distortions to the maximum and provides high fidelity at high frequencies.
All this, together with the help of the Valencian delegation and its staff for the coordination of the installation, have allowed that the Palacio de Congresos of Valencia can opt to accept appointments out of their reach until now.
