ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR UBI BANCA
The Electrical control system has the following functionalities:
- Control and supervision of the motorized circuit-breakers of the General Low Voltage Panel. The system allows the programmed action by planning schedules and calendars of the C.G.B.T. monitored switches, as well as the command by user. It also oversees the status and trigger signals of these switches. On the other hand, the operation of the emergency services is managed in the event of a general power failure according to the commands exchanged with the automat control unit of the generators.
- Control and supervision of motorized switches or contactors of the electrical distribution panels provides independent control of each secondary panel, making it possible to establish energy-saving oriented strategies of power on/off services: progressive power on/off on progressive to avoid peaks of consumption, scheduling of power on/off, etc.
- Collect information from other equipment of the power system. The system can concentrate measurements, status and alarms of other equipment of the electricity supply system to the Center. As an example, we can cite the following:- Generating sets.- Uninterruptible power supply systems.- Protection Relays of the Transformation Center.
- Provide the information of all these equipment to the Technical Management System of the building. In addition to all the above-mentioned control and supervision functions, the system provides all the information (statuss, measurements, alarms) of the controlled equipment to the Center’s Technical Management System. Standard open market protocols are used for the exchange of information.
